Rates

The Palazzo is available June to September.

Cost per night for the entire Palazzo

June – 300€
July – 350€
August – 400€
September – 300€

All payments processed in € EUROS

We do not charge an additional Cleaning Fee

Terms & Conditions

Minimum stay: 3 days

Maximum capacity: 6 people, however we can accommodate an additional child on a fold out bed and a baby in our travel cot.

Tourist Tax: Casa Ausonia is rented entirely – Rates are vacation rates and we are required to charge tourist tax of €2 per person per day for a maximum of 5 days (excluding minors up to 14 years), which can be paid in person on arrival.

Under Italian law we are required to request a copy of identification documents either in advance or a copy will be taken on arrival. All data will be managed in accordance with European privacy laws.

Payment

Booking Deposit: A 50% deposit of the total amount is to be paid on confirmation of your booking to reserve your requested dates. The remaining 50% is to be paid in advance two weeks prior to your arrival. We will send a reminder email 30 days from the date of your first night.

Security Deposit: A security deposit of 500€ is to be paid on arrival. We will block this fee on a credit card and it will be released within two weeks after your stay in the event of no damage.

Cancellation: If you cancel before 45 days prior to your arrival we will refund the 50% booking deposit in full that has already been paid; cancellations within 45 days to your arrival will forfeit the booking deposit.
